Vapekage serves adults age 21 and older. Federal law raised the minimum age to purchase tobacco and vape products to 21 in December 2019. We follow this law — no exceptions, regardless of state.

How We Verify Your Age
- At checkout: You confirm your date of birth and that you are 21+ before completing purchase.
- Identity check: We cross-reference your name, address, and date of birth against trusted third-party databases that verify age and identity. This happens in seconds and doesn’t affect your credit.
- Adult signature at delivery: The carrier confirms the recipient is 21+ and shows valid government-issued ID at the door. Federal law requires this for every vape delivery.
If we can’t verify your age or identity, we’ll contact you to request additional verification. If we still can’t verify, we’ll refund your order.
Underage Attempts
Attempting to purchase vape products while under 21 is a violation of federal law. We reserve the right to report suspected underage purchase attempts to local authorities.
Adult Signature Fee
The $6.99 adult signature fee you see at checkout covers the carrier’s adult-verification delivery service. This is a direct pass-through cost — we don’t profit from it. It’s the only way to legally ship vape products in the United States.
