Why the signature fee? The PACT Act requires adult signature confirmation on every vape delivery. We pass through exactly what the carrier charges — no markup. Every Vapekage order is fully age-verified and legally compliant.
Why Does Every Order Need Adult Signature?
Federal law (the PACT Act) requires that all vape, e-cigarette, and nicotine product deliveries be handed directly to a verified adult who shows ID at the door. We can’t legally ship any other way — and neither can any licensed online vape seller in the United States.
Retailers who advertise “stealth shipping” or “discreet delivery without signature” are either breaking federal law or lying to you. Either way, it puts you at risk.
Our Shipping Partners
We ship via PACT Act-compliant private carrier, UPS, and FedEx depending on your address and product size. All carriers we use are PACT Act-registered and trained to verify ID at the door. Orders typically arrive in 1–4 business days after processing.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
You’ll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships. If the carrier has issues reaching you, they’ll typically attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at sales@vapekage.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
State Restrictions
We can’t ship flavored disposables to states with flavor bans (Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, and others — varies by product). You’ll see a notice at checkout if any items can’t be shipped to your address.
