Processing & Delivery Times

Vapekage processes orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. Ground shipping typically arrives in 1–4 business days to most U.S. addresses.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping on orders $75 or more (adult signature service included)
  • $12.99 flat rate on orders under $75, broken down as:
    • $5.99 — Ground Shipping
    • $6.99 — Adult Signature Service (legally required)

Why the Adult Signature Fee?

The federal PACT Act (Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act) requires all vape and nicotine product deliveries in the United States to be received by a verified adult (21+) who shows ID at the door. This is a legal requirement for every licensed online vape retailer, not an optional add-on.

Carriers charge a fee for the Adult Signature Service. Vapekage passes through exactly what the carrier charges — we do not profit from this fee.

Some online retailers ship without age verification to lower costs. This violates federal law and exposes both the seller and the buyer to legal risk. Every Vapekage order ships PACT Act-compliant through approved carriers from our Dallas, Texas fulfillment location.

Where We Ship

We ship to most U.S. states. Some states restrict online vape purchases or specific products (flavor bans, licensing requirements). If your state has restrictions on your selected products, you'll see this at checkout.

Please check your local laws before ordering — compliance with state-level vape regulations is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold at the local office. Most carriers allow 3 delivery attempts before returning to sender.

Vapekage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or circumstances beyond our control. Please provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

International Orders

International shipping is available to select countries. Customs duties, import taxes, and local compliance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries prohibit vape imports entirely — please verify with your local authorities before ordering.
