Federal Tobacco 21 Law: We enforce the nationwide minimum purchasing age of 21 for all tobacco and nicotine products — no exceptions.

CNPPA (Child Nicotine Poisoning Prevention Act): All e-liquid products we sell are packaged in child-resistant containers as required by federal law.

Preventing underage access to nicotine products is at the heart of our compliance program. We maintain a multi-layered age verification system:

Layer 1 — Site access: An age verification gate requires all visitors to confirm they are 21+ before accessing the site.

Layer 2 — Checkout verification: Every customer is verified against public records databases through a secure, COPPA-compliant third-party verification partner. If automated verification fails, manual ID upload is required.

Vapekage collects and remits all applicable taxes as required by federal, state, and local law:

- State sales tax: Collected on all taxable orders based on the customer's shipping address
- Local sales tax: City, county, and district taxes applied where applicable
