Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Vapekage does not accept returns on opened or used items.

If you receive a defective product or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting documentation, including photos, may be required.

Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Vapekage.

Vapekage reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
