Where We Ship
Vapekage ships to all U.S. states and territories where online sale and delivery of vape and nicotine products is permitted by law. We ship exclusively from our facility in Texas, USA.
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to states or jurisdictions that have banned online sales of vape or nicotine products. If your state prohibits online vape purchases, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
IMPORTANT: All shipments require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. This is a federal requirement under the PACT Act and cannot be waived.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation and successful age verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
During high-demand periods (product launches, sales events, holidays), processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We use private carriers for all shipments containing nicotine products, as required by the PACT Act. USPS cannot be used for shipping vape or nicotine products.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99+ (standard shipping speed). Applied automatically at checkout.
Expedited and express options may be available at checkout depending on your location. All shipping rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Adult Signature Requirement
Federal law requires that all deliveries of nicotine products must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older at the delivery address. The carrier will verify the recipient's age with a valid government-issued photo ID.
If no eligible adult is available to sign at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically:
- Leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery the next business day
- Hold the package at a nearby carrier facility for pickup
- Return the package to us after multiple failed delivery attempts
Vapekage is not responsible for packages returned due to failed delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account on vapekage.com or by contacting our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to the following:
- P.O. Boxes (carrier requires a physical address for adult signature)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International addresses
- States or jurisdictions where online vape sales are prohibited
If you place an order with a restricted address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or issue a full refund.
Lost, Damaged & Stolen Packages
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will file a claim and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered with a confirmed adult signature, Vapekage is not responsible for theft. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, we recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
Taxes & Fees
All applicable state sales taxes and federal/state excise taxes on nicotine products are calculated and displayed at checkout. Vapekage collects and remits all required taxes as mandated by law.
Tax rates vary by state and are determined by your shipping address. Vapekage does not profit from tax collection — all taxes collected are remitted directly to the appropriate tax authorities.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, you may refuse delivery (the package will be returned to us), and we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
