Vapekage ships products from our facility in Texas, USA. We ship nationwide to jurisdictions where online sale and shipment of vape products is permitted by law. We do not ship internationally or to states that prohibit online vape sales.

All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) at the point of delivery. This is required by the PACT Act and is non-negotiable.

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products.

We will issue a refund or replacement if you received a defective or damaged product (report within 48 hours with photos), received the wrong item, or your order was lost in transit.

Vapekage operates in full compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and its amendments. This includes age verification at point of sale, adult signature requirement (21+) for all deliveries, registration with the ATF and applicable state agencies, collection and remittance of all applicable excise taxes, monthly reporting to state tax administrators, and use of private carriers (not private-carrier compliant courier) for all nicotine shipments.
