Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship directly from our facility in Texas, USA. We ship to all U.S. states and territories where online sale of vape and nicotine products is permitted by law.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. During high-demand periods (sales events, holidays, product launches), processing may take 1–2 additional business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Under the federal PACT Act, private-carrier compliant courier is prohibited from shipping vape and nicotine products. We use approved private carriers for all shipments to stay fully compliant with federal law.
Unfortunately, no. Because an adult signature (21+) is required for every delivery, we can only ship to physical street addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses.
No. Vapekage currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier to scan and update tracking. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
The carrier will leave a delivery notice and typically attempt redelivery the next business day. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be held at a nearby carrier facility for pickup or returned to us. If returned, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Age Verification
Federal and state laws require that all purchasers of vape and nicotine products be at least 21 years old. Age verification is mandatory under the PACT Act and various state regulations. We use a secure third-party verification system to confirm every customer's age before processing orders.
During checkout, our system verifies your age using the information you provide (name, date of birth, address) against public records databases. This is an instant, automated process in most cases. If automatic verification fails, you may be asked to upload a valid government-issued photo ID.
If automatic verification fails, you'll have the option to manually verify by uploading a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). Manual review is typically completed within 24 hours. If verification ultimately fails, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

The PACT Act requires that all deliveries of nicotine products be signed for by a person aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. This is a federal requirement that applies to all online vape retailers and cannot be waived.
Orders & Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Additional payment options may be available at checkout depending on your location. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
You can cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified — you would need to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving it.
Orders may be cancelled for several reasons: failed age verification, shipping to a restricted state or address type, suspected fraudulent activity, or if the product is out of stock. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email explaining the reason and a full refund will be issued automatically.
Yes. All applicable state sales taxes and federal/state excise taxes on nicotine products are calculated and displayed at checkout. Tax rates vary by state and are determined by your shipping address. Vapekage collects and remits all required taxes as mandated by law.
Log into your account on vapekage.com to view order history and tracking, or use the tracking link sent to your email once your order ships. You can also contact our support team with your order number for an update.
Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
Contact our support team with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason. If approved, we'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return shipping instructions. Do not send returns without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement, full refund, or store credit — your choice. Return shipping for defective or wrong items is on us.
Products
Yes. Vapekage sells only Genuine product sourced through established distributor channels, genuine products sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. We never sell counterfeit, replica, or gray-market products. Every item is verified for authenticity before it reaches our shelves.
Most of our products contain nicotine. All product listings clearly state the nicotine content and strength. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. We also carry some nicotine-free options — check individual product descriptions for details.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep all vape and nicotine products out of reach of children and pets. Do not use products that appear damaged, leaking, or past their expiration date.
We restock popular items as quickly as possible. If a product you want is out of stock, check back regularly or contact us — we can often give you an estimated restock date. Follow us on social media for restock announcements and new product drops.
Account & Rewards
Click the account icon in the header or visit our registration page. You'll need to provide your name, email, date of birth, and shipping address. All accounts require age verification (21+) before you can place an order.
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Create an account and start earning automatically — points are tracked in your account dashboard. Check our Rewards page for current tier levels and redemption values.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Log into your account and navigate to Account Settings to update your name, email, password, or default shipping address. Changes take effect immediately for future orders. To change the address on an existing order, contact us before it ships.
