How This Calculator Works

This free calculator uses three inputs to estimate your annual disposable vape spending:

  1. Puffs per day — your typical daily inhalation count. Light users: 50-100 puffs/day. Average users: 150-250 puffs/day. Heavy users: 300+ puffs/day.
  2. Cost of cigarette pack — for the cigarette comparison. We use the rough rule that 200 puffs ≈ 1 pack of cigarettes for nicotine equivalent.
  3. Current puff count device — what you typically use (5K, 15K, 25K, etc.). The math compares your current spend to higher-efficiency alternatives.
