How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $2 spent on your order subtotal (before tax and shipping). Points are automatically added to your account after your order payment is confirmed.
When do my points appear?
Points are credited after your payment is processed. You can check your current balance on your account page or right here on this page when logged in.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you've reached a reward tier, a discount code will be available on your account page and on this page. Copy the code and enter it at checkout to apply your discount.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire. They remain in your account until you choose to redeem them.
Can I earn points as a guest?
Points are tracked through your customer account. Create an account or sign in before placing your order to ensure your points are credited. If you checked out as a guest using the same email, points may be applied when you create an account.
Can I use multiple reward codes on one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Choose the reward tier that gives you the best value for your current order.
